Therese Dison

Mrs. Dison spent the majority of her youth in Minnesota with her seven brothers and sisters. In 1983 she permanentlymade Tampa her home. She is an avid Tampa Bay sports fan and enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, theirthree children, and two dogs. Mrs. Dison’s daughter, Jessica, is engaged to be married this coming spring! Her othertwo children, Drew and Melissa, are enjoying their adult lives in Denver, Colorado. Mrs. Dison is a certified MedicalAssistant and Medical Transcriptionist. She and all the other teachers at Branch keep their CPR and First Aidcredentials up to date as well as participate in coursework and inservice in compliance with the Department ofChildren and Families. Mrs. Dison has also found immense joy serving the students and families of Hyde ParkPresbyterian Church and Holy Trinity Lutheran School. She is most recently known in our community as an official andbeloved member of the Kindergarten team at Mitchell Elementary. Now, at The Branch Academy, Mrs. Dison is aintregal part of both the Day School and After the Bell program. Mrs. Dison is passionate about preparing youngchildren to fall in love with learning as they prepare for a future of successful education.
