Julie Henley

Mrs. Julie Henley grew up in Houston, Texas, and she graduated from the University of a Texas with a BS in Speech Communications. After graduating from college, Julie moved to Tampa and worked as a Development Director for a non-profitorganization. Mrs. Henley started working part time as a substitute teacher at St. John’s Episcopal Day School in 2000. Julie andher husband, Jeff, just celebrated their thirty-second wedding anniversary and have two daughters; Callie and her husband livein Atlanta, GA and she works as a Pediatric Audiologist. They are expecting their first child in January. Gracie works as theMarketing Director for a real estate developer in Auburn, AL where she and her husband live. Mrs. Henley has tutored forMetropolitan Ministries after school program, founded the inner city FED program and volunteersas a respite care team memberfor West Florida foster care services. Mrs. Popp likes to tell the story of how Mrs. Henley was her first Tampa friend thirty yearsago after they both came from out of state having husbands from here. Julie has been a strong leader among the support staffat Branch since it opened and she is starting her tenth year as a Day School staff member and After the Bell teacher.
