Nancy Bayless

Mrs. Nancy Bayless was born and raised here in South Tampa. After graduating from Furman University with a BA degree inEnglish Education, Nancy taught English and sponsored the Yearbook Staff at Tampa Prep. As a parent volunteer she spent manyhours helping in the Mitchell Media Center and chaired the Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) Committee. She enjoyed volunteering inthe Plant PTSA and helping coordinate events for the Band and Chorus. Nancy has loved working with young people in a varietyof roles from Young Life leadership to teaching Sunday school and Children’s Choir. For years she has volunteered as a Children’sLeader in the South Tampa Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) Class and currently serves as the Children’s Supervisor there. Nancy andJohn have a son and daughter. Wade is a University of Florida graduate, and he and his wife live in Tampa where Wade works asa PA. Mary Helen, an Auburn University graduate and newlywed, lives in Nashville and does digital marketing for RamseySolutions. This is Nancy’s sixth year as a part of The Branch family.
